As Production Coordinator, I managed equipment, timelines, maps, talent, and crew for this single-day production, which covered both photo and video. With tight logistics and a remote outdoor location, my role ensured smooth coordination between departments, keeping the shoot on schedule and running efficiently.
The project required meticulous pre-production planning to align moving parts, from securing gear and coordinating transportation to ensuring the crew had clear directives for the shoot day. Navigating the challenges of an outdoor, adventure-style set, I worked closely with the production team to adapt to changing conditions while maintaining efficiency and creative vision.
